Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document

Overview

Uttlesford District Council is consulting again on the draft Developer Contributions Suppementary Planning Document (SPD). The SPD will support the policies set out in the Uttlesford Local Plan 2021-2041.

Please use the online survey to give your views on the draft Developer Contributions SPD (February 2026). 

You can make up to 20 comments on the online survey form. If you wish to make more than 20 comments, you can send us more than one online survey form.

To help us process your feedback quickly:

• Be specific: Please start every comment with the section or paragraph number so we know exactly which part of the text you are referring to.

• Group small edits: If you have several minor comments on one section (like typos or formatting), please group them into a single box to save space.

If you have made a particular point in the previous consultation, you will not need to make the same point again in this further consultation.
